Is there a msconfig in Win2000?

I know that Windows XP has msconfig and I'm wondering if
Windows 2000 Server has an utility like that.
 
No, there is no msconfig included with Windows 2000 although it appears the
XP version will run on a Windows 2000 machine (unsupported of course).
