Probably not. You will have to check with the manufacturers
individually. Someone may start a web page to post in
formation, but not guaranteed.

No, and it's unlikely there ever will be. There may be a list of supported
hardware but I can't see anyone compiling a list of unsupported hardware. Do
you know of any other OS that has such a list?

No. What makes you think that anyone would comb through a hundred thousand
devices (there are about that many in the Window ecosystem) for that?
Anyway, it would be a moving target since most manufacturer's are reluctant
to say what they won't do as opposed to what their plans are for what they
will do.
