You get to use the embedded new-mail composer in Outlook or you can
use Word as the new-mail composer. The embedded new-mail composer is
simple and not meant to be a full WYSIWYG editor. For that, use Word
(which significantly bloats the size of the e-mail mostly due to all
the Word-specific code that gets inserted which isn't used if rendered
as HTML only).
