Is there a BCM Template specific to tracking Insurance clientele?

Insurance Agent attempting to build a Business Contact Management contact
list specific to Insurance clientele, but dont want to recreate the wheel.
Anybody have anything that works?
 
Did you ever find an insurance template for an agent or agency to use on Outlook? Please tell me what your solution was.
