business contact manager

I downloaded Business Contact Manager for Office Outlook 2003 and imported my
database from an access database file. When I went to link the fields in my
old database to the new business contact fields I could only link the fields
i had in my old database to the fields available in the BCM contact list when
mapping. My basic questions is: Is there a way to create new fields in the
BCM so I can input all my fields. I am an insurance agent and have fields in
my access database like "Policy number" for example that are not available to
link to. I would like to create a Policy number field to link to and import
into the new database. I was able to import the basic name, phone number
adress stuff but I have a lot more data that i would like to import that is
pertinent to my clients information.

Thankyou for choosing Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2003

BCM does not support customization of the forms.
Hence even if the BCM forms (Business Contacts or Accounts or Opportunities)
were customized (new fields added or changed), they would not available for
use on the BCM data.
The customization is anyways on the wish-list for future versions of BCM.

Sincerely,
Business Contact Manager Team
