The answer is the same as last week when you asked this question:

You need to edit your Boot.ini file, but you'll need step-by-step
instructions to do this correctly, because if you make an error, your
computer probably won't boot up again. Again, I suggest that you post this
question in a Windows News Group, since this News Group is still for issues
dealing with Microsoft Access, the database application that is part of
Microsoft Office.

At the Minnesota State Fair was giving out copies of ServicePack 2. I
installed it. Within a few days, my computer crashed, not blue but the
screen was black . It had the following dialog: The last attempt to
restart the systme from its location failed. Attempt to restart again. It
failed to restart. I called Dell tech support and was told that my system
would have to install windows XP home edition. All my programs and files
were wiped out. Dell helped me to install new drivers and I had backed most
of my files.
I have one problem Dell cannot solve. When I retart the computer, the
screen goes black with this mesage: Please select the operating system to
restart. The choice is Microsoft XP Home Edition. How do I get rid of this
problem at the start?
