Is the USA version of Front Page same as UK?

I am just about to purchase Front Page from the USA, do I assume it will be
the
same as the UK version and work the same?

Yes, although there may be an issue with the spell checker dictionary.

It isn't only poms who know how to spell colour correctly ;-)
(or grey, for that matter)

P.S. "pom" is the Australian word for an english person (i.e. the same as
limey)
