Is the SecurityCenter only a frame or the whole multi-software package (Firewall+virusprot+...) ?

What is in detail the SecurityCenter? Is it only a frame software like the management
console. It this case the Firewall + VirusProtection + AutomaticUpdates could be seen as Snap-Ins.

Or is the SecurityCenter the whole software package?

In other words: If I disable the SecurityCenter or uninstall it are then the
"Sub-"programms Firewall, Virus-Protection,AutomaticUopdates disabled/uninstalled as well ?

No it has nothing to do with those apps. Security Centre isn't the normal way to control them anyway. It is just a thing for idiots to look at. Virus Programs aren't part of Windows anyway.
