Is the POP3 and SMTP the same server address?

I am not sure i am recieving emails from outside of my work colleges. a few
people have said they have emailed me but i am yet to recieve them in my
windows mail account. I am however recieving messages from work colleges on
the same server as me.

Any ideas?

Windows Mail is a Mail Client, not a mail account.

Are your /colleagues/ sending messages to the email account (address) you
have running in Windows Mail? Do their messages show up in the inbox on
your account's webmail page?
