Is the password available to edit the macro's associated with invoice.xlt (Excel 2000)?

Is the password available to edit the macro's associated with
invoice.xlt (Excel 2000)? I want to modify this template and the
associated macro which stores data entered in the invoice in a separate
spreadsheet. I need additional fields (columns) stored in the
secondary spreadsheet.

If not, can anyone suggest a similarly functioniong Excel invoice which
I can modify for my purposes?
