IS THE A WAY TO MAKE ACCESS PROGRAMS UNCHANGEABLE

I have written several access 2003 programs and now my boss want to
distribute them. is there a way to make it so i can send them to others but
not allow them to change the programs or reports?

Send them an MDE copy.
 
yes, you will have to make it mde

from mdb to mde

from the menu bar
click on Tools
then database utilities
then make mde file
