STOPzilla has fallen out of favour over the last years. I suggest you rather
take a look at some of the more popular anti-spyware programs, like
Ad-aware, Spybot Search and Destroy, AVG, SUPERantispyware, Spyware Doctor
or malware solutions like NOD32 and Kaspersky.

To answer your question, STOPzilla is said to work with Vista, but I have
seen a lot of feedback on stability and uninstallation issues.
