Is something strange happening

C

Charlie

I am running Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8 and have noticed something
quite strange over the past couple of months. The bookmark in my favorites
list for foxnews.com is deleted every few weeks. At first I thought I was
just having another "senior moment" and didn't think much about it. Then it
happened again and I took notice. It has happened 4 times now in the last
couple of months and I have become very suspicious that there might be some
political issues at play here. No other bookmarks are deleted, only foxnews.
I have a clean up to date operating system with no viruses and I am a very
experienced in technology. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Yes, Bill Gates and his Evil Democratic Empire is responsible for this!

Are there any foxnews haters that have access to your computer, or could
have set up a script to delete these links on a regular basis?

No one else has access to my computer. I know this sounds paranoid but I
have watched this carefully over several months and only this one bookmark
is deleted on a regular basis. I was hesitant to post this question because
I know how it sounds. I was just curious if anyone else had noticed
bookmarks being deleted.

No. I don't sync my Favorites.

Hi,
Do you sync Favorites using the Live toolbar and a Skydrive account?

How's that work?
