Is Outlook 2000 incompatible with Service Pack 2?

I just installed Windows Service Pack 2 on my Windows XP. After rebooting, my
Outlook 2000 is playing hookey and keeps shutting down. Is there an Office
update I can download to deal with it? Anyone else having the same problem?

Please help.
