or is they just don't care? It's been days since I started
coming here and I have yet to see one question answered by
a MS rep.

What's the use of this site if you can't get any help?
 
This is a P2P NG and is not activly monitored by MS so
complain all you want. Or post your problem and we will
try to help.
 
several posts over the last month have noted that SP4 has
destroyed the "search" function in windows explorer.
Please help.
