Is it safe to download and use the Conversion Toolkit to update t.

When I installed Off2003 my Access files were saved as Version2000. Is it
safe to download and use the Access Conversion Toolkit to bring everything up
to the Access 2003 version?
 
No conversion tool is necessary: the ability to convert to Access 2002/2003
format is built in (Tools | Database Utilities | Convert Database)
