Is it possible to use Subscript and superscript in excel?

Yes.

(In xl2003 menus)

This only works on text--not formulas and not real numbers.

Select the characters to super or sub in the formula bar.
Then click on Format|cells and check subscript or superscript.

Go to Format-Cells, and choose the font tab. You should see 3 checkboxes for
strikethrough, superscript, and subscript.
