Is it possible to upgrade Win98SE from W2K full version?

I have a Win98SE system that I would like to upgrade to
Win2000. I picked up a full version of Win2000 to set up
a new system, but changed my mind. Is there a way to use
the full version to upgrade my 98SE system without
trashing it? I want to preserve all my applications and
stuff rather than re-install everything. I don't want to
dual-boot; if I'm going to do Win2000, I don't want to
switch between them.
Thanks! Brien

Ummmm, I already want to do Win2K, my question was can I
UPGRADE from the FULL version W2K install disk, or do I
have to try to return it in exchange for a W2K UPGRADE version?
