I am a "Basic User" of MS Access and I created a form that is to open at
startup, however I must have missed something becasue now it will open the
form but I can not access the rest of the Database. Is there any way out of
this situation!??? I really hate the thought of recreating this database as
it is extremely large and is already in production. Thank you in advance for
any assistance that you may be able to offer me.

Hi Kaylene

Make sure you are out of Access.
Use Windows Explorer to browse to the folder and single click on the
database to highlight it.
Hold down shift and F11 and then (keeping them held down) press Enter.

The database should open without running any automatic startup forms /
macros etc

F11 is not necessary. Just hold down the Shift key while you open the
database.

Thank you so much!
