Is it possible to store word documents in an Access Database

After designing an access database for 'stand alone use', there are word
documents associated with the database. Can a folder be created holding the
word documents and be added to the database without having to link the folder
to another drive, so that the whole package remains as one.

Yes, you can store them in a bound OLE field. I suggest that you store them
separately and store the path only. A sample of how to do this is at:
