Is it possible to reverse the appearance of your computer's screen output in windows, like a negativ

Dear Group,

I once had a laptop which enabled you to reverse everything that
appeared on the screen in the same way that an image is reversed on
the negative of a photo (dark appearing light, light appearing dark).

This very relaxing and causes less eye strain, especially when you are
writing for a long time. The glare of the white background is removed,
but the letters are illuminated and are easy to pick out.

This was particularly useful when using a word processor for a long
time.

If anyone knows whether this effect can be created using the windows
xp operating system I would be very grateful if you can tell me how.

thank you for your time

with regards

Have you tried just creating a different color scheme?
