Is it possible to reinstall the Server Service?

How can I do this? Both the Server service and workstation
service are not listed in my services anymore.

Try to reinstall networking components: Client for MS network is the
equivalent of the Wksta service and F&PSharing is the equivalent of the
Server service. Patch and update Windows.
