Is it possible to REFRESH the CHART ?

I have the pie charts and column charts, these charts are developed by the
EXCEL sheet's table numbers.

I want to do this:

When I change the EXCEL sheet's table numbers, is it possible to refresh the
Charts automatically ? or, is it possible to do so manual operation to
refresh the Charts ?

Not sure, but could it be because calc mode is inadvertently set at Manual ?

Check via clicking:
Tools > Options > Calculation tab > Automatic > OK

A further thought. If by the above line, you mean "table" as in Data >
Table, then perhaps the calc mode has been intentionally set to the option:
"Automatic except tables". In which case you could force calc by pressing
F9 key to update the source data table(s) first, whereupon the charts linked
to the data table(s) should then update
