Is it possible to put a form to the internet?

Is it possible for me to put a form in the internet web page ? (the form
contains buttons and VBA). So that my customers could put their data to the
form.

How ?

No, you cannot put an Access Form on a web page. There is also big
difference between Access application (Desktop) and web application.
Basically you need to redo what you did in your Access in web app style in
order to make your data accessible online.
