is it possible to make an english version of my entire computer?

i bought a computer here in japan.and its difficult for me to read a KANJI .when it comes the problem occur.is there any possible to make an english version of the entire computer?or is it necessary for me to purchase a software/hardware?any help is greatly appreciated..

Hi

You will need to purchase a full English version of XP - you can't change
the Language. You can install that instead of the version you have now, or
dual-boot both versions.
