Is it possible to interface .Net with Pocket Excel?

Would like to open a pocket excel file within my code, make changes to cells,
print out the document and save it. Anybody done this before?

There is no automation API for Pocket Excel, however the file format is
based on BIFF (Binary Interchange File Format) and so it is possible to read
the files. Chris Tacke started a managed Pocket Excel library, Chris is
looking for someone to take on the library and help bring it to completion:-
