Is it possible to have email in Outlook and Comcast sinultaneous

At one time my husband had my email set up so that I could operate from
Comcast or Outlook and still see all the emails. Right now if I go to
Outlook it sucks all my emails from my comcast set up? Any suggestions?
 
Yes - I do this with my Comcast mail. You need to specify to leave mail on
the server.
Go into your email account setup in OUTLOOK.
Click on 'More Settings'
Click on the Advanced tab.
Here you will see the box to check.
