Is it possible to have a task creat itself automatically, steming.

I have to set up a lot of meetings and was wondering..is it possible to have
a task create itself based on a meeting being scheduled? For example I
schedule a meeting called "Executive Meeting", then a task would
automatically appear on my task list "Prepare agenda for Executive meeting".
God I'm lazy....

No. You would need to use some programming to do this - try posting to a
programming group for Outlook.
