Is it possible to have a live clock in Excel?

I would like to have a running clock in the corner of my excel spreadsheet.
is this possible?
 
Not that I know of, you can put the function =NOW() and it will give you the
immediate time and date but it will not update until you recalc your
spreadsheet.
