Is it possible to edit indesign documents using MS Word?

Ok, I found a workaround for this issue. First, export the InDesign document
to PDF. Then, using Acrobat 7.0 export (save as) the PDF document in Word
format.
It won't recognize things like header and footer neither watermarks but it
is pretty good and fast.

That hardly counts as editing the InDesign document. You could cut and paste
the text, for that matter. You'll also find that it doesn't take much
complexity in the source document to render the result via PDF almost
totally unintelligible in Word.
