is it possible to e-mail a folder

I am creating a folder for a number of work related forms to a number of
fellow employees, some at my station, others in other locations.. We do not
have a shared drive.

Is it possible to e-mail a folder as opposed to having to do attatchments?
 
Not really a Word question, but Yes you can send the entire folder as an an
attachment if you zip it first, then send the zipped file as an attachment.
