Is it possible to decrypt Access 2002 .mde file?

Hi there. A developer at my company working on an access development
project left and took all the source code with him. I have left a deployed
copy of the .mde file, but other developers cannot get at the modules and
form designs to make interface changes. Does anyone know of a way to get
this mde open for full access?

Sorry, no. In MDE files, the canonical Text component of the code has been
removed.
