Is it possible to customise the "Header Information"?

Hi everyone,

i just installed my new MS Office 2003 and trying to familiarise with the
new interface.
What I really don't like about the new interface is the header information
part of the email. (I mean that bit where the subject and the sender is
displayed) This information is only seperated to the email content by a thin
line. I like that with Outlook XP much better. Is there a way I can make it
look like that?
I hope u know what I mean...
