Is it possible to create a watermark in and Access form?

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I need to know for both 2003 and 2007
dbs. I am thinking along the lines of a transparent label, if I could make
the font semi-transparent, and controlling it in VBA.

You can set the Form's Picture Property to a picture. As far as I
know, there is no such thing, in Access, as a semi-transparent Font.
