Is It Possible to amend the default appointment screen on a form?

I know I can add a new TAB, but I only want to add 1 new field and
looks a bit lonely on it's own tab. How can I add it to the first main
Appointment tab. It doesn't let me change anything on this first
default tab

That page is not customizable, nor is any form page with a date/time picker. If you have Outlook 2007, you can add one new field with a form region.
