Customize Appointment Form

Hello. I am new in customize the appointment form. I started to design a new
form in Outlook 2003 and I would like to know if I can modify the pre-defined
interface? Since I click "Design Form", there is an interface pop out and let
me start to customize. There are many tabs on this form with "(P.1), (P.2),
(P.3) ...." tabs. But the first tab is the pre-defined. Can I add only 1
field on it? Thanks?
