Is it possible to add my signature electronically to letters?

I do many letters and have to sign each one. I would like to be able to
insert a "picture" of my signature without having to actually sign each one
individually.
 
Why don't you scan you signature into a Word document, then create an
autotext entry with the scanned signature. That's how I do it.

Write your signature on paper, and scan it into a graphics file. Insert that
graphics file into a Word document and make it into an AutoText or AutoCorrect
entry (http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm or
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoCorrect.htm). From there you can
quickly insert a copy in any document.
