i want to create pdf from word files is it possible to add acrobat to
toolbar so i dont have to do it in acrobat 6 programme which i have thanks

The Acrobat add-in does this automatically, if it's installed normally.

Do you have the full version of Acrobat and not merely the reader? If you
do, then installing it puts an add-in in the Office startup folder, however
if you install into Word 2003, you *may* find that the install does not
recognize the Office startup folder for this version. In that case put the
pdfmaker.dot add-in in the correct folder - C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\STARTUP. There should be a copy of the add-in in C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Acrobat 6.0\PDFMaker. Make sure you update with the latest patch
for this version.
