See tip 8994 » When you double-click a drive, or a folder, Windows Explorer opens a Search, or a CMD.EXE window, or performs some other inappropriate action?
in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsifaq.com

Both methods of Tip 8994 didn't meet my need.My windows2000
is of Simplified Chinese version. In the first method, the "delete" button
is grey. The 2nd method, all of the three commands run with error message.
