Is IIS installed?

How do I know if IIS is installed on my computer. When I
go to My Computer/Add-Remove Programs/Add-Remove Windows
Components
IIS is not even on the list to check.

If you have XP Home edition it does not have IIS and will not support
it. That is one of the explicit Pro only matters
