Is HWS.EXE a trojan that needs to be removed?

Can anyone tell me if the executable file hws.exe is a trojan? Spyware
Doctor detected this as Trojan.Delf.BZ

This was created on the same night that I installed the OS (WinXP Pro)
and i did not connect to the internet until after I installed Nod32 AV and
get the updates for XP and AV. Where did I got this trojan, anyone?

HWS.EXE is in C:\Windows\HWS.EXE

Can anyone tell me if I should remove this file?

It does sound like it's malware of some type. I would say remove it. Your
AV should delete the file and remove registry entries.

It's not a Windows XP file. Do a Google search on it for yourself and see
the links about it.

if u copy and paste the file into the search option going through start
button n it will apear there, just right clik it and delete
