Is FAXCOMLib from Win2k compatible with FAXCOMExLib from WinXP?

What I mean: when i write a prog that support sending and receiving faxes using FAXCOMLib from Win2k, will it work on WinXP where FAXCOMLib aren't any more, only FAXCOMExLib?
And will it work under win 2003 serv?
Do anybody now where can I find sample code's for receiving faxes? (sending is relative simple)


Please help :_)
