Sounds like you need to run AD-Aware "Free Version" http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
If you do a Google Search for Fastseeker you will see that it is spyware.

Anything that installs itself without your knowlegde and consent is
scumware. Remove it and get AdAware, SpybotS&D and a firewall like
ZoneAlarm or Kerio Personal Firewall, all are free.
