Is clean install allowed with Upgrade?

An upgrade is just that, an upgrade. By using an upgrade disc, you are
upgrading your old OS, and that License becomes part of the upgrade. Since
this is true ,you can no longer also use XP on a seperate drive, or as a dual
boot. Doing either requires a FULL version of Vista, either retail or OEM
