is anyone can help me with email

Server Response: '-ERR authorization first', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

i cant get receieve or send an email.. its my first time to used new email
on vista computer so i dont know how to set up new email and i try to work it
out but its still failed! please email me (e-mail address removed)

The more helpful people on this newsgroup usually refuse to respond by
email.

aandr.com.au doesn't appear to be an internet provider or an email provider;
at least, they don't put their setup instructions on their web site.
Therefore,
you'll have to ask them for help in finding those instructions.
 
You only supplied a receive error message, so I can't comment on
your sending problem.

Your ISP's support page is pretty skimpy: http://aandr.com.au/aandr/
and there are no email settings.
The account may be corrupt, so delete it, restart Windows Mail, then
recreate the account.

Your Email
(e-mail address removed)

The above is to be found on their website.
Go to Windows Mail>Tools>Accounts>Mail>Properties>Servers> put in the above
info with your username, password, and incoming and outgoing mail servers
