Is a service manual available for an Epson 1280 or 1290?

Anyone seen a link to a Epson service manual for a 1280 or 1290? I have
the dreaded horizontal cyan line problem. Now it is appearing for the
first time on black text pages. I'm hoping that perhaps it might be a
ribbon cable problem.
