IRTDUpdateEvent failure

I have an RTD server which pushes data into an excel sheet. It works
fine on one machine, but gives an IRTDUpdateEvent failure on another
machine.

Both are WinXp Pro with Office XP(SP-2). I cant see any difference in
setups, and they are both running the same excel file. The excel
security is currently set to low on both machines.

Are the paths to the data the same on both machines? That is the onl
logical thing I could think of.
