HELP ME FIND THE WAY GOING TROUGH THIS PROBLEM BEFORE I TAKE THIS PIECE OF JUNK TO THE TOP OF THIS BUILDING AND SENT IT ON AN AIRPORN MISSION

You didn't list any problem, but typing in all upper case is certainly
irritating.
 
Since you posted so much useful information in order that we may help, I
suggest that you in fact DO take it and throw it off the roof. At least
then, we will know the cause of the problem and can advise you further.

If your problem is that you can only type capitals, press the capslock key
once. That will fix your problem.
 
If you still have the shipping/packing containers for
your unit, send it back to the manufacturer. You are to
stupid to use a computer.
