Irritating "mmov" pop-up

Hi,

Please see if anyone can help me with this problem, I am facing with
Windows XP Pro installed on my PC.

After I start my PC, there is an internet pop-up which keeps popping on
my desktop. It opens up a window with the name "mmov" and tries to
connect to the internet (I have a dial-up at my home). After, I cross
out the window and asks it to stay offline, it still comes back after 5
mins. I dont understand what the problem is and I am facing this issue
for a very long time now.

Any help on this would be really appreciated.

Sounds like a virus or spyware. run a virus checker and a spyware checker.

Most likely it is malware of some sort. Installing and running these may
