Irritating banner popup

hey guys.. need some help here. i normally set my homepage to yahoo.com but suddenly on one fine day, the system automatically change my homepage to http://ecmh.com/passthrough/index.html?http://www.yahoo.com/
and since then everytime i go to yahoo there is an irritting banner pop up across the bottom of my explorer. how do i get rid of this?? its driving me nuts man! help pls thanx
